By accessing, registering on, or using the rich999 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing rich999 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the full features of the rich999 Platform, you must create a player account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3.1 Account Information

You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rich999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on rich999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rich999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

rich999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your rich999 account. You must notify rich999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. rich999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

All financial transactions on rich999 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). rich999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your rich999 wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. rich999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• rich999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that are the subject of a dispute or investigation may be withheld pending resolution.
• rich999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). rich999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

rich999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

All games available on the rich999 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All electronic games on rich999 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or player history.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, rich999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. rich999 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify rich999 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. rich999 will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of all game outcomes. The decision of rich999 following such investigation is final.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. rich999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rich999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using rich999 for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the rich999 Platform.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your rich999 account through your payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of rich999.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to rich999 regarding the Platform may be used by rich999 without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rich999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

rich999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rich999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rich999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

rich999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• rich999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• rich999 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have not logged into your account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

You may close your rich999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

rich999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rich999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the rich999 Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
